Cucumber Salsa
Ingredients:
1 c Dairy Sour Cream
1 ts Cumin, Ground
1 c Yogurt, Plain
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Parsley, Snipped
2 md Cucumbers *
1/4 c Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped
Recipe Instructions:
* Cucumbers should be pared, seeded and coarsely shredded. Mix all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Makes about 3 cups salsa.
